Debbie moved to accept the previous AGM Minutes. Debrah seconded the motion. Vote: unanimous

2. Executive Reports

President's Report

Last year we sustained the organization, had thought provoking presentations, and were accepted as an associate organization with Humanism International (formerly IHEU).

Membership Secretary's Report

In 2024, 11 members paid dues, two of them new.

Treasurer's Report

2024 had revenue of $341.76 in memberships ($300) and donations ($41.76).

2024 has expenses of 505.51 dollars, of which $401.75 was speaker expenses, $48.82 was bank/office expenses, and the Humanist International fee of $54.93.

We had a loss of $163.75, with our end of year retained earnings at $92.30.

3. Acceptance the slate of Board of Directors

All positions are open for election. This is the current nominated slate of directors:

• Membership Secretary: Julie R.
• Treasurer (Signing authority): Debbie F.

Shawn moved to confirm the slate of directors. Kal. seconded. Vote: unanimous

Debbie moved for meeting to close. Debra seconded. Discussion: None. Vote: unanimous. Meeting closed at 7:06 PM.
