    1. 2022 Executive Report

Shortly after my last executive report, the COVID-19 pandemic began to affect our operations. During this time we did not remind people to renew their membership, we did not have invited speakers come in, and we cancelled our room bookings. All meetings were online or outdoors for most of this time. As we move forward, we will get back to some new normal. What will this look like? I'd like to hear from you. Please email us with any thoughts.

Please renew your membership this year.

Current membership is 23. (Using the extended membership count from motion #3.)

Excluding the refund, this pandemic period from 2020 to 2022, our revenue was $150. Excluding charitable donations we collected and passed on, our expenses were $217.33. We have 635.94 in liquid assets. View all 2020-2022 transaction.

As such, our membership and finances are very unusual for this time period. Here is the breakdown of our finances:

    2020 Finances:

    2021 Finances:

    2022 Finances:

John J. moved to accept the report. Ric S. seconded the motion. Vote: unanimous

    2. Motion: Use of Online Voting

Since the COVID-19 Pandemic we have not had an annual general meeting until now. Due to health concerns and logical complications, we ask that the membership approve the use of online voting for this AGM.

Ric S. moved to use online voting for AGMs. Debbie F. seconded the motion. Vote: unanimous

    3. Motion: Extend Memberships

Because of the disruption to our monthly meetings, our social meetings, and our few expenses, we should not penalize anyone who has not paid for a membership since the pandemic stated. And in fact, only a few people have. This past year, only new members have paid at all. We should extend all memberships for anyone who had an active membership during the COVID-19 Pandemic (in 2020, 2021, or 2022) until the 2023 northern solstice (June 21, 2023) allowing them to vote in this meeting and attend any events in the first half of 2023.

Benjamin Andrews moved to extend memberships. Debbie F. seconded the motion. Vote: unanimous

    4. Election of Board of Directors

All positions are open for election. This is the current nominated slate of directors:

Ric S. moved to confirm the slate of directors. Ben A. seconded. Vote: unanimous
