Our yearly potluck picnic is this Sunday at noon. We will provide soft drinks and subs. Please bring sides and desserts to share. It will be a couple hours of good conversation, good people, outdoors (sheltered location).

Tyndale Park has a great big shelter to shield us from the sun, a playground for your kids or grandkids, a beach for anyone who wants to take a dip, and washroom facilities for anyone who is human. Remember: The City of Barrie is now charging for parking ($3/hour; $15 daily maximum if you don't have a city pass). We welcome suggestions for free parking locations for next years picnic.

    What to bring:

We will be providing sandwiches and soft drinks. Some for some good food and good company.

Come celebrate the solstice which falls at 10:51 am on June 22. Come out, bring the family and enjoy some long awaited good weather, some good food and, most importantly, great company. This event will be partially catered but we would love everyone to pitch in with side dishes and desserts (can you ever have enough desserts?!?). We will also be collecting items for the Barrie Food Bank.

Please RSVP to Shawn for meeting location and details. shawn@cohumanists.ca

    Happy Summer, everyone!
